Cape Verde enhanced by Astro0

Astro0 from UMSF produced a beautiful enhanced view of my Cape Verde panorama. Here is a much higher resolution version that he has sent me.

There appear to be layers of sediment in the rock. Do Mars experts consider this strong evidence of the presence of water sometime in the past?

Some of the layering found around the landing site is due to liquid water. However a lot of what you can see here is probably from wind blown sediments (sand dunes)

Mars has facinated me since I was 7 years old. I believe there was life on Mars and when Mars went through climate changes, some of those people came to earth. It is very exciting to see these picture and hopefully eventually prove my theory.
